Where will my photoshoot take place?

At DOLLWORX, we mainly work on location, so your venue will depend on the style of your photoshoot. We are constantly scouting new and exciting venues/locations in order to give our clients the best experience/standard of service we can offer. We also have a studio in which we can shoot from if this is what you prefer.

How long will I wait for my photographs after my shoot?



The amount of time you will wait for your photographs after your photoshoot is discussed at your pre-photoshoot meeting. This can vary, depending on the season, amount of work involved and time in which must be spent in order to create the final images. You will see your photographs before you receive your printed copies and you can also proof and choose which photographs you'd like in your final package here on our website, with your personal log-in details.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds/Returns are not accepted at DOLLWORX, although we are happy to assist you with any issues you may have.

Can I have all of my photographs on a disk?

Unfortunately, we do not produce disks that include un-edited photographs, although you CAN purchase an electronic copy of your final images in which you received in your package, by ordering from one of our team.

Can I buy more photographs?

Yes! Extra's come electronically and can be printed in many different sizes. Please enquire for further details & prices.
